As we enter Lent we focus on prayer, repentance, almsgiving and self-denial but I would like to invite you to join me in an additional Lenten act as I make an effort each day to read about and reflect on the meaning of Lent and the significance of our Lord's sacrifice and resurrection.
Today we were reminded that the key to understanding Lent is Baptism. Preparation for the renewal of our baptismal commitment is the essence of the Lenten season but what is Baptism and what is it's role in our salvation?
